  • Advising a Singaporean Nature-Based Solution (NBS) Project Developer on the development of approximately 26,000 hectares of Afforestation, Reforestation, and Revegetation (ARR) projects in North Sulawesi (Indonesia), which secured 335,000 tonnes of carbon removal offtake for over 10 years from Symbiosis Coalition members Google and McKinsey
  • Developing and managing legal content as a service to assist highly regulated industries in meeting their Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) obligations related to business activities and product compliance

  • Advising an Indonesian financing company as a lender on the financing of a joint borrower in a fibre optic development and company restructuring project with a total facility of IDR 773 billion
  • Advising an Indonesian financing company as a lender on the financing for the general working capital of a telecommunication company with a total facility of USD 150 million
  • Advising an Indonesian financing company as a lender and lead arranger on the senior term financing for a drinking water supply system Public-Private Partnership (PPP) project with a total facility of IDR 337 billion
  • Advising Indonesian and international asset managers on the establishment and dissolution of investment funds that include money market, fixed income, equity, index, and exchange-traded funds (ETFs)
  • Advising financial institutions on the establishment of alternative investment projects that include structured finance, real estate investment trusts (REITs), infrastructure investment funds, asset-backed securities, and financial asset securitisation

Policy Work Portfolio

  • Conducting policy monitoring and analysis, including stakeholder mapping on key EU environmental and sustainability legislation files for a chemical company to develop advocacy strategies aimed at engaging with stakeholders at the EU level
  • Developing a policy roadmap for the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and Indonesia’s Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs to implement land value capture (LVC) as an alternative funding mechanism in infrastructure projects to increase their bankability
  • Developing the Final Business Case of the Semarang Waste to Energy PPP Project for KIAT (Indonesia-Australia Partnership for Infrastructure) that includes the development of the PPP Agreement and Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) model
  • Developing a legal and policy report for PT MRT Jakarta on the establishment of transit-oriented development (TOD) projects in Jakarta
